Tropical Sharon Fruit Salad

4 just ripe Sharon fruit, peeled and sliced 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and thinly sliced 1-2 tblsp of pecan or pistachio nuts, chopped 1 tblsp of clear honey to taste 1-2 tblsp Cointreau Decorate: 4oz of soft fruit like raspberries, tayberries, red or blackcurrants fresh raspberry leaves |
four (or one large) serving plates, arrange a layer of Sharon fruit and kiwi fruit in a circle. Sprinkle on the nuts and chill. Mix the honey with the Cointreau and pour over the fruit. Decorate the plates with the soft fruit and cleaned leaves. |
