Fruity ideas for:
Breakfast

- Porridge with a serving of strawberries and a glass of fruit juice.
- Strawberry smoothie made with a serving of strawberries and a serving of orange juice and frozen yoghurt.
- Glass of fruit juice – orange, apple, pineapple, grapefruit and half a grapefruit.

Lunch
- Watermelon cubes with thinly sliced onion rings and cubes of feta for a refreshing salad.
